The introduction of new national and international regulatory standards in the field of project management (UNI ISO 21500: 2013) and the definition of the requirements of knowledge, skills and competence of the project manager profession (UNI 11648: 2016) , made it possible to take the opportunity to extend and enhance the Prado maturity model, historically adopted by the Italian Institute of Project Management® for the purposes of assessing the maturity level of organizations at national level, giving life to a new proprietary tool: the ISIPM-Prado® model.
