Maturity models, in order to effectively support organizations in the difficult task of evaluating themselves, must necessarily be updated to respond to the methodological, contextual and normative changes that produce changes in the theoretical and applied project management. The 2.0 version of the Prado model pursues this purpose while maintaining its own agility characteristic.
