The paper introduces a model of project management processes, which frames the different functional levels of the company, from strategic management processes to governance and control of project management. In this way the maturity of project management can be understood as an organizational learning process. To do that, the paper proposed an extension and integration of the Prado model with standard practices of the PMBoK.   vedi il link
